Cleaning Castor Load Ratings and Tread Materials
Diameters go from 50mm to 200mm, and dynamic ratings run from 40kg to 600kg per castor. Treads include polyamide, polyurethane, elastic tyre, thermoplastic rubber, TENTEprene and a heat resisting synthetic. For wet areas, pick a stainless model with a hydrolysis-resistant tread, and use a non-marking tread on sensitive floors.
Fittings and Brakes for Cleaning Equipment Castors
Plate and bolt hole fittings cover most trolleys, and round or square expanders fit straight into tubular legs. Swivel castors with total lock or a braked swivel keep a trolley in place on a wet floor.
