Novatech Heavy Duty Load Ratings and Cast Polyurethane Tread
Dynamic ratings run from 100kg to 1200kg per castor, and up to 1600kg static, across 35mm to 200mm diameters. Most items use a cast polyurethane tread on a cast iron, aluminium or steel centre, and 8 use an elastic tyre tread. Cast polyurethane holds its shape under heavy load, which suits heavy kit on sealed concrete and similar hard floors.
Novatech Precision Ball Bearings, Hubs and Bores
Every product runs on a precision ball bearing, which keeps starting force low under heavy loads. Castor versions use plate or bolt hole fittings, with total lock on 13 swivels.
