Machine Castor Load Ratings and Tread Materials
The range spans 125mm to 400mm wheels, rated from 70kg to 1200kg dynamic per castor, with static ratings to 2400kg. Cast polyurethane is the most common tread, with polyurethane, black elastic tyre and polyamide also listed. Polyamide suits rough or debris-covered floors, while elastic tyre protects finished floors and damps vibration.
Fittings and Brakes for Machine Castors
Plate fitting covers most of the range, giving a wide bolted base for heavy machine frames. DELTA TWIN comes in fixed, swivel and braked versions, and swivel castors with total lock stop both wheel and swivel for work positions.
