Intralogistics Castor Load Ratings and Tread Materials
Diameters range from 35mm to 400mm, and dynamic ratings go from 70kg to 1200kg per castor. Elastic tyre, polyurethane and polyamide are the main treads, with cast polyurethane, solid rubber and vulcanised elastic tyre also listed. On long runs over hard floors, elastic tyre or polyurethane reduces vibration through the load.
Fittings and Safety Options for Intralogistics Castors
Plate fitting is the default here, with bolt hole and expander versions for other frame types. Directional locks keep long trolleys tracking straight, and swivel castors with total lock or braked castors secure the load at each stop.
